This setup takes about 5 minutes. Default access roles: GA4 Viewer · GSC Full User.

3-Step Process

Complete these steps in order

The setup is simple: grant access to Google Analytics, grant access to Search Console, then install the AISEO pixel so we can begin the audit and implementation work.

Google Analytics

Give ICA read access to GA4 so we can review traffic, conversions, and baseline performance.

Give ICA access to your search data so we can audit rankings, indexing, and click-through trends.

Install the AISEO pixel after access is confirmed so we can identify and implement site improvements.

What happens after setup is complete

Once all 3 steps are done, we run the Search Atlas audit, use AISEO to surface opportunities, and apply those improvements to strengthen your site’s SEO foundation.

We run a Search Atlas audit to surface technical issues, page-level weaknesses, and current SEO health, then share the findings in a clear report.

AISEO recommendations

The AISEO pixel identifies the on-site fixes and optimization opportunities your website needs, often across many pages and SEO elements.

Implementation + growth

We apply those improvements on your behalf so the site is better optimized for search and better positioned to earn more organic traffic over time.

Step 1

Google Analytics

Grant GA4 access first so we can review traffic, conversions, and your performance baseline.

  1. Open GA4
    analytics.google.com ↗
  2. Click the ⚙ Admin gear (bottom-left corner), then select your Property.
  3. Under Property, click Property Access Management.
  4. Click the blue ＋ Add users button (top-right).
  5. Enter jon@ica-access.com, set role to Viewer (or Analyst if needed), then click Add.
Step 2

Google Search Console

Grant Search Console access next so we can review search visibility, indexing, and query performance.

  1. Open Search Console
    search.google.com/search-console ↗
  2. Select your property from the left sidebar (your website URL).
  3. In the left menu, scroll to Settings → Users and permissions.
  4. Click Add User, enter jon@ica-access.com, set permission to Full User (or Owner if client policy allows), then click Add.
Step 3

Pixel Install

After both Google accounts are connected, install the AISEO pixel so we can begin site-level analysis and optimization.

  1. Reply once both GA4 and Search Console access invites have been sent so we can confirm your setup is complete.
  2. We will send you the AISEO pixel instructions or installation snippet for your website.
  3. Install the pixel on your website header, CMS, or tag manager based on the instructions provided.
  4. Let us know when the pixel is live so we can verify installation and begin the audit and implementation process.
